Stone is widely used in building decoration and manufacturing sectors, with the increasing people's material life, the demand for special-shaped stone products is also growing. Shaped stone products generally refers to a rectangular plate products in addition to all other stone products. Shaped stone products production is characterized by variety, small batch production orders, this production features also make processing equipment and tools to face new challenges. Through the introduction and self-development, our country shaped stone processing equipment has basically reached the international advanced level. Currently, high-power, flexible, agile, intelligent advanced equipment (such as CNC machining centers, etc.) have been used in domestic products production and processing of stone shaped them.
Three key factors to achieve efficient processing of granite shaped face is the quality of the diamond forming tools, excellent machine performance and reasonable process. But in the special-shaped stone products processing still exist in the two outstanding issues: low efficiency, high cost, and diamond tools is a key processing costs and efficiency of the decision. Due to efficient processing of granite shaped face is that high-speed, large depth of cut, fast-forward to the realization that there is more intense friction between the diamond tools and granite, tool wear faster.
